Your follow up is poor if:
- You're not responding to leads/inquiries in under 5 minutes,
- You're not following up with leads/inquiries AT LEAST 5 times (80% of sales come after FIVE follow ups).
- You're not reaching out and connecting with your database (your customer list) AT LEAST one time per month.
What poor follow up is costing your business each month:
- The lifetime value of a new customer. Repeat purchases and referrals.
- Bad reputation through a poor customer experience.
